Zebra GX420d Extended Warranty Service Agreement – 1 Year

When you purchase this, you get the following:
12 month extended warranty for parts and labor.  You are responsible for paying for the shipping to us and we will pay for the return shipping to you.  Please allow 3-5 business days for repair service once we receive the unit.  Once repaired, tracking numbers will be emailed to you.  We have expert technicians who can test, repair, replace, and diagnose any issue with your printer.  In very few cases, repairs may not be able to be done on your unit, and if that happens, Barcode Earth has the option to replace your printer with another seller refurbished unit equal to the one you have.Setup help including phone support & remote login setup.  Setup help is for Windows operating systems only and if remote login is used, your computer setting must be in English.This warranty starts the date of purchase and must be purchased within 14 days after receiving the unit from our company.  Upon purchase of this extended warranty, you are to send an email with the serial number of the unit to it@barcodeearth.com.  Please include “Extended Warranty” in the header.  We have the right to refuse repair or service if the serial number markings are removed and/or altered from the unit.  If your unit didn’t come with a serial number, please inform us at time of purchase.  This warranty doesn’t include repair for cracked or broken top domes.If you have any questions, feel free to contact us at 1-980-BARCODE (1-980-227-2633)If repair service in needed, please send unit to the following address:Barcode Earth
