We understand that issues can happen and setup can be frustrating, so we include a USB Flash Driver with driver links and other useful information about the unit that you have purchased. Some of our units have setup videos that can guide you step by step. We will do our best to make your eBay experience positive!

Customer Support:

We are available for customer support from Monday – Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, excluding holidays. We offer customer service via phone or through email. Once a order is placed, you will email with our contact and email address. Response may take up to 24 hours, but most are less then 2 hours.
We offer customer support through TeamViewer as well. This allows us to remotely log into your computer and set everything up. Simply, insert the USB Flash Drive provided into your computer, open the PDF, and click the option for remote support. Once you receive a TeamViewer ID and Password, call or email us and we will setup the unit remotely.
If you are in need of customer support via TeamViewer login, please make sure they your computer’s language is set in English. Please know that we only offer setup help for units that have been purchased by us that use the cords provided by us. We will not support and cables or cords that were not provided in the sale.

Payment:

We accept all payment through PayPal.
All payments must be received within 3 days of purchase or the transaction may be canceled.
If using PayPal to make a payment, you address must be confirmed with PayPal or we will return the payment.
We will only ship to the address provided to us at checkout. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Refurb-World, LLC is located at 35350 Chester Road, Avon, Ohio 44011 and we are required to charge sales tax for orders in the state of Ohio. If you are in Ohio, the sales tax will automatically be added at checkout.

Shipping:

We will ship your items within 1 business day from receipt of payment and provide shipping carrier tracking details for every transaction
All items will be shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx with tracking information uploaded to each transaction.
We can revise the shipping charge for multiple purchases upon request.
Shipping quote is for the continental United States only (All others will need to contact us for shipping quote). Additional surcharges will apply.
We do not ship directly to APo/FPo or Post Office box addresses.
We do not ship directly to international addresses at this time. We will ship internationally only using EBay’s Global Shipping Program.
Lost or missing shipments must be reported within 5 business days of the expected delivery date.

Return Policy:

All items are guaranteed to work as described for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
All items found not to be working as described must be returned with 30 days of receipt and upon verification of serial number(s). A full credit or exchange will be made based on inventory.
There will be a 20% restocking fee if the shipment is refused upon arrival, but not on other returns.
