We are available for customer support from Monday – Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, excluding holidays. We offer customer service via phone or through email. Once a order is placed, you will email with our contact and email address. Response may take up to 24 hours, but most are less then 2 hours.
We offer customer support through TeamViewer as well. This allows us to remotely log into your computer and set everything up. Simply, insert the USB Flash Drive provided into your computer, open the PDF, and click the option for remote support. Once you receive a TeamViewer ID and Password, call or email us and we will setup the unit remotely.
If you are in need of customer support via TeamViewer login, please make sure they your computer’s language is set in English. Please know that we only offer setup help for units that have been purchased by us that use the cords provided by us. We will not support and cables or cords that were not provided in the sale.
